Carroll County Public Schools is excited to announce Office 365 for qualified students* and staff! Because CCPS’s membership in MEEC (Maryland Education Enterprise Consortium) and agreements with Microsoft, students and staff are able to download and install Microsoft Office 2013/2016 Professional Plus desktop applications on their home devices for FREE! This includes computers and tablets.
Office 365 also provides web-based versions of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and OneNote as well as 1TB of storage space for documents. Office 365 is a cloud-based service accessible from any device anywhere in the world with an internet connection. The only requirement is that you have your CCPS username and password. Students can access their personal folders on school and home devices in a secure environment. Office 365 provides numerous collaboration tools and opportunities for student and teacher interaction.
